STUF United Fund worked with Caritas Austria in 2016 to deliver winter jackets to Syrian refugee children in Austria.
Caritas is an organization that is devoted to ending poverty, promoting justice and restoring dignity. It has a rich history of listening respectfully to the suffering of the poor and giving them the tools to transform their own lives. Caritas Internationalis is headquartered in Rome and has a confederation of over 160 members who are working at the grassroots in almost every country.
Caritas agencies and governments are cooperating to achieve SDG goals 2 and 14 by implementing the agenda 2030 in Kenya and Oceania. The organization recently held an event at the United Nations to discuss its plans to accomplish these goals.
STUF is glad to help more people in need through partnership work with Caritas.
