HOOP was founded by Dr. Shang Ju Li. It calls for young people from all over the world to become volunteers to improve the quality of life for the local population.
HOOP means “Helping Overcoming Obstacles Peru,” and helps solve the plight of Peru’s difficult environment.
STUF funded the HOOP-Peru Medical Project, which will improve the physical and mental health of the community and the maternal community. In addition, the physical program included improving the quality of healthy living through physical education.
